In addition, you can relive the Battle of Maracaibo Lake, led by Admiral José Prudencio Padilla, who played a fundamental role in the independence of Colombia. The recreation of this historic battle will transport you to a crucial moment in the history of the nation. Outside the museum, impressive military equipment awaits you, such as tanks, boats and war trucks, ready to be explored and photographed. In addition, you will find a model of the old "Packing House", an emblematic building that is part of the history of Coveñas and, unfortunately, had to be demolished due to its structural deterioration.
